By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to the cancellation policy: Cancellations: Please be sure to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled services to be provided, in order to avoid a cancellation charge. The fee for failing to cancel before providing a 48 hour notice, will amount in a 50% fee, based off your total amount of scheduled services. Same day cancellations: Will be charged 100% of service to be provided. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule and not cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your service, the 50% will be applied to next service if booked within a 2 week time frame. Please show up on time, clients are subject to be rescheduled if more than 15 minutes late. This is considered a same day cancelation. 100% applies. This fee is due in part for loss of time and not being able to fill the spot. Thank you for your understanding.
